This website, the HelloSake mobile application (the “App”), and any services or resources provided through them (collectively, the “HelloSake Properties”) are operated by HelloSake, Inc. (“HelloSake”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the HelloSake Properties.

When changes are made, HelloSake will provide a new version of the Terms of Use on the website and within the app. Any new supplemental terms will also be made available within or through, the relevant service on the website and/or the app. We will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms of Use to reflect any changes.
HelloSake may require you to provide consent to the updated terms before you can continue using the HelloSake Properties. If you do not agree to the changes after being notified, you must stop using the HelloSake Properties. Your continued use of the HelloSake Properties will constitute acceptance of the changes.

The HelloSake Properties are protected by copyright laws worldwide. Unless otherwise stated in a separate license, your right to use any and all HelloSake Properties is subject to these Terms of Use.
Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, HelloSake grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the app on a single mobile device or computer that you own or control. This license allows you to use the app solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
If you download or access the app through the Apple App Store (an “App Store Sourced App”), you agree to use the app (a) only on an Apple-branded device running iOS (Apple’s proprietary operating system) and (b) as permitted by the “Usage Rules” outlined in the Apple App Store Terms of Service. Similarly, for apps downloaded from the Google Play Store (a “Google Play Sourced App”), additional licensing terms may apply, such as the ability to share the app within your designated family group.
You acknowledge that the HelloSake Properties are subject to updates and modifications. HelloSake may require you to accept updates to the HelloSake Properties installed on your device. Updates may occur automatically, with or without prior notice. You may also need to update third-party software from time to time to ensure compatibility with HelloSake Properties.
