By creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a subscription, or otherwise accessing or using HelloStock (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use (the “Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1) Eligibility and account

  1. Minimum age. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live). If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with a parent/guardian’s consent and supervision.
  2. Login required. Sign-in with Apple or Google is required; anonymous access is not available.
  3. Personal account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable; do not share your credentials.

We are not a broker-dealer or investment adviser and do not provide personalized investment advice or recommendations. All content is for educational and informational purposes only. 3) Service, content, and data

  1. Data nature and timing. Market and fundamentals data made available through the Service are not real-time. Data may be delayed, interrupted, incomplete, or inaccurate, and are provided “as is.”
  2. No redistribution. You may use the Service and data for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Scraping, bulk downloads, resale, or redistribution are prohibited.
  3. Changes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features (including sources, calculations, or display formats) at any time.
